Tickets are sold by BLOC - The Brussels Light Opera Company asbl (non-profit organization), registration number 418.248.063, Sloesveldstraat 26, 1560 Hoeilaart, Belgium.

Conditions of Sale
All prices quoted are in Euro.
Delivery of tickets will only be made upon receipt of full payment.

Payment by credit/debit cards
BLOC accepts credit cards by VISA and MasterCard.
You will be asked to insert the controlling code when using your card. The control code is also called the CVC-Card Validation Code for MasterCard and the CVV-Card Validation Value for Visa. The CVC is a three-digit code and it is printed on the back of the card in the signature stripe (the last 3 digits). Please do not put any gaps in the card number. The tickets may be purchased by the Credit Card owner only.

Payment by invoice
Please make your payment within 3 days to the bank account IBAN: BE17310178046721, BIC: BBRUBEBB and mention your name and receipt number in the communication section of the transfer.

Order confirmation, payment confirmation delivery of tickets
Once you have completed a transaction – either per credit/debit cards or by invoice - an ‘Order Confirmation’ email will be sent to the email address provided, informing you that the order has been accepted. Once the payment has been charged to your credit card, a ‘Payment Confirmation’ email will be sent to you within 1 working day from ticket purchase.

If you have chosen to pay by invoice and bank transfer we will send you the ‘Payment Confirmation’ email within 7 working days after you transformed your transaction.

The ‘Payment Confirmation’ email will also include your ticket as pdf-file. Please print this ticket and bring it along to the performance and show it to the box-office which is run by a member of BLOC.

The confirmation e-mails are sent to the e-mail address given in the contact address (address for delivery). If the address is given incorrectly or technical problems occur on the side of the user, BLOC shall not be held liable for the non-delivery of these e-mails.

Withdrawal conditions
Your booking will be for a specific date and time. If you are unable to use your tickets we offer an exchange (a) or credit service (b) under the following conditions:

(a) Tickets can be exchanged for another performance of the same production provided that you give BLOC not less than 24 hours’ notice before the performance is due to take place, and tickets are available. Please contact the box office via email:

(b) You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days from the day of your purchase until 24 hours before the performance is due to take place. All tickets purchased using credit cards shall automatically be refunded to the credit cards or to the bank account with which the tickets were purchased. Please contact the box office via email:
